Accommodation Policy

Check-in/Check-out:
– Arrival time: 15:00 Departure time: 11:00 am
– Earlier check-in and later check-out than above are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment Policy:

– Payments are made by cash, bank transfer/deposit, bank transfers, Iris as well as credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard,
– Payment of the balance of reservations made in advance is made upon arrival (check-in)
– There is an additional fee of €1.5 per night, from the State, for the Resilience Fee in the climate crisis

Cancellation Policy:

– For cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the guest is not charged a cancellation fee and the deposit for the reservation is refunded (the amount of the deposit minus bank charges, if any).

– For cancellations from 20 to and before the date of arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee and the deposit for the reservation will not be refunded.
– In case of early departure, the guest is charged 100% of the amount of the value of the stay.

Children and extra persons:

– Infants and children up to 4 years of age are accommodated free of charge in a cot placed in the room, or in their parents’ bed.

– Children over 4 and up to 12 years old have an additional charge.

– All children staying at the accommodation must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.

– Extra beds may be available upon request and charges apply.

Pet Policy:
– Pets are not allowed in the premises of the accommodation.

– Guide dogs for the blind who carry up-to-date health books and certification documents are expressly excluded.

Smoking Policy:
– Porte Accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation.

Cleaning the rooms
– Rooms are cleaned daily, from 09:00 to 14:00.
